Default Dose Autolite make good spark plug wires for corvettes?

I was surffing on ebay and ran across a set of Autolite 8 mm spark plug wires #86273 which carry with them a lifetime warranty the asking price is $27.00 + shipping, these wires normaly cost $50 + but Autolite is in the process of closing out this line of plug wires are they any good?
Would you buy these wires as a replacement for your OEM wires "present wires have 85K on them" for your vette?
thanks boonie

The Autolite plugs were brand new in my '94 when I bought it. Rans like crap and put in Bosch platinums.

I would avoid their wires. Just get the AC DELCO premium wires from www.gmpartsdirect.com for around $65 shipped.

With the Autolites, I've used them before and they are just fine for daily drivers.

For my lawnmower, maybe. For my Vette? Not on your life. I ponied up and went with MSD or I have used Accel in the past with mixed results.

I did measure it and the ACCEL 300+ had about 200 Ohms per foot while the Autolights were in a much higher range.

I went with the Belden Premium Super Blue plug wires at NAPA. They were $61.80 (plus an additional discount for AAA club members. Lifetime limited warranty and O.E.M.-equivalent, too.
