Default Lower radiator hose replacement question

I am going to replace the upper and lower radiator hoses on my 1985 L98. Do I have to remove a bunch of things to get to where the bottom hose connects to the water pump or can I reach the connection from under the car fairly easy? I haven't been able to get a good look at it yet.

I was able to replace the lower radiator on my 1985 without removing anything except maybe the belt. Good luck.

The only real problem you may have is the location of the clamp nut. If it is aimed towards the ground you should be fine.

good luck
