Default Adj. Fuel Pressure Regulator on 91

Is the fuel pressure regulator on a '91 L98 adjustable? Noticed there's a hex screw on the top of the regulator... pressure adjust?

It's not so much a bolt as a recessed hex-head screw.

The stock top is plain metal , so if it has any type of screw/ bolt there it should be adjustable.

There SHOULD be a bolt in the hole but evidently it fell out along the way. THe dead head pressure was 28lb... way to low. Installing a bolt and locking nut allowed adjustment back into spec range. This should solve my mileage issues likely being caused by poor atomization due to low fuel pressure.
