Default Spark plugs for a AFR 190?

I want bosch Platnum Plus 4. What number do i need for AFR LT-1 190 heads?

On my '92 LT1 with AFR 190 heads, I used the Autolite double-platinum (crossed them over from the plugs AFR recommends). I have about 30000 miles with no problems -- hey, the platinum pucks don't fall off of these like the stock AC plugs did. I took them out at 25000 to check, and they look fine.

I'm currently running the Autolite Double Platinums, too, with no problems. They've been on the job for about 16,000 miles and I believe they were slightly cheaper than the Bosch units.
