Optima makes two sizes in the red top model that is commonly sold at the local parts store near me. I just bought the one that had the closest fit, which was for me, the smaller one. I think they make other sizes that can be special ordered. As long as the terminals are on the correct side, you will do fine with the one that is closest in size. The last Optima I had lasted 10 years!

They do not list one for a vette. You may have to cut a piece of the battery tray to make it fit as I recall. Take your old one out and to a store that has the Optima's. Around here, Auto Zone and Pep Boys carried them. Get the one that is closets in size with the proper terminal configuration.

They don't make one for a vette because the terminals are on the top and the side and the top positive terminal will contact a metal bracket above it and short your battery out.
Plus a friend of mine had one in his(cut the pos. top terminal off) 94 and said it only lasted 2 1/2 years.

Personally... I have never had good luck with Optima. I went thru 4 of them in 2 years. They look cool, but I will never buy another Optima battery again. And I have several friends with similar results. And if you have to charge one, you are suppose to slow charge the battery, with a real low amperage. Overcharging a Optima battery will ruin it. But sometimes you can't wait all day and night for a trickle charge. I just haven't been impressed with Optima. This is just my experiance with them.
