Default MSD cap & rotor ?

Does anyone know if a MSD or Accell cap & rotor will work on a stock AC Delco distributor?

I've used Accell and MSD...you need to have a specific Cap for my car; '86, as it has bolts instead of the screw-twist "L's". Whatever brand, Brass contacts are supposed to be better.

I don't know about the cap and rotor.
But if you replace the whole thing stick with the Delphi units
