I got the Ypipe mocked up today. Tomorrow i will have it welded together and have a new video up Thursday.

I found a cutting wheel that will fit a Skill saw turning it into a Exhaust munching beast.

Nice work

I used the Hooker Y pipe to connect to the Hooker headers and have nothing but leaks from improper algnments.
Thats high on my list to rework before it hits the road this year.

Happens when the exhaust flows well. Low back pressure *shrug*
It happens when you let off the gas.. note in the fly by I let off just as I passed my wife.

Got ya! Maybe its the vacuum that's created when you let off?? Im just not a big fan of the noise (unless its a deep burble) but your new magnaflows should sound awesome!!!

Cannot wait to hear them!!

I have the Magnaflow on now guys, I love it. It's quieter while cruising but has a great performance sound when I'm in it.

They are on:

I had plenty of room from the rear Y to the E brake cable.

[IMG][/IMG]

The only problem was the rear y comes about 1/4 inch away from the Spare tire. In the future I will cut a 1/2 inch off the front Y-pipe so the whole rear comes forward a bit.

I like the look better but I think I might like that Flowmaster a little more...tough call though. I've always been a Flowmaster guy on my old Fbodies, so I figure I'll remain. Where'd the flowmasters go?
