Default O2 sensor

Do I need to reset the computer after installing O2 sensor?
Have an 84 with CFI so I only need to install sensor.
And when you guys say reset computer your refering to disconnecting the battery right?

No, you don't have to clear the ECM by pulling the negative battery cable or ECM fuse for 30 seconds. Just install the sensor.

I would use a little anti-seize compound on the new sensor's threads, though, taking care not to get any on the sensor end of the unit.
