Yep, easy....
There's a short 5/8" heater hose going from the intake manifold up to the base of the throttle body. From there, it exits out the passenger side to the heater core.
Bypass requires you to run hose directly from the (front of the) intake to the heater core. The abandoned TB ports do not need to be capped.
OTOH, unless you take off the TB, remove the housing underneath and cutoff the abandoned hose nipples (to clean up appearance), I don't see the point.

It is suppose to keep the plenum and TB cooler, which keeps the fuel cooler, which make it burn more efficently. But the biggest thing is it makes the motor easier to work on when you don't have to drain the radiator down to work on the top end .....WW
