engine vacuum check valve or heater and a/c
good evening, i've read somewhere on this this site that this "fix" will correct any cruise control problems that i'm having, the engine vacuum check for the heater and A/C valve, the air conditioning is blowing out the wrong vent,at the defrost and at legs, i removed the valve and it was broke and had melted holes through it, what a poor design 
, can't pick it up until tomorrow, will this fix the above mentioned cruise problems, or should i look at a different set of circumstances. thanks Frank

1995 with 60000, only drive it 4000-4500 a year, live in michigan, but it seems not driving it all year round creates problems you wouldn't think a low mileage car should have, but, the vettes can be tempermental, as this forum attests to that, ha
