C4 Wiper Arm Adjustment Cover?

Does anyone know what the part number is for the Wiper Arm Adjustment Cover? Or, better yet, does anyone know where I can find one? Any help or direction will be appreciated.

If I'm not mistaken, they have been discontinued. I'd try eBay or one of the used parts suppliers.
