there is no way it should.. 22 lb only supports a stock l98.. Stroker with mods should be lean on 22.. What are the other symtoms, you can put 36's in a stroker as long as the ecu is tuned.

You've got an exhaust or vaccum leak.
I have the same issue on my 92 and I can hear the exhaust leak.
I've been running Jon's rebuilt injectors for almost 3 years now and have been 110% satisfied.
I'll be calling him today to order the ones for my 383.

Jon's did some good work for me recently. Without services like cleaning, I'd be doing nothing but replacing injectors. Sure, I could waste money on a can of snake oil but it wouldn't have found that I had a flow problem in one of my injectors nor would it have fixed the collapsed filter.

If I send you 16 stock Multec injectors from my ncrs 89, think you could get me at least EIGHT good cleaned and checked injectors from the bunch? I know at least a couple of them are malfunctioning when hot.

I can, plus I have about 1000+ cores here also. I cannot guaranty how long they will last but for NCRS we have no choice.

Hm, I was thinking about an injector swap recently as mines are still original. I have a mostly stock 88 L98. I assume I need 21 or 22" injectors right?

Are You working on a New and Improved Bosch 3 Fuel Injector Jon?

For the 1986-1991 L-98 Corvettes? A Bosch 3 rated at 22.9 lbs per hour?

Had a PM sent to by a fellow forum member saying that you are working on such an injector.

Still in the development stages ? Or have you tested them in a L-98 Corvette?

Using your BOSCH 3's since spring of 2008 in my 87 Vert.

Work great.

Worked ok at 34 PSI with vacuum line off FP regulator. Stock fuel Pressure. BLM's of 140 - 150.

Raised Fuel pressure up to 57 PSI, vacuum line off of regulator, with aftermarket regulator. BLM's of 128 - 130. Perfect.

My vette runs like an animal all times now.

Pulls hard to 150 MPH +.

Blows Rear Tires off the line from a stop nailing gas, no powerbraking.

Car Hooks up 20 to 50 feet later.

P315-35ZR17 rear tires, 11X17 inch rear rims.

Stock E- Prom.

Ran against a buddies HEMI late Model Charger about a month ago.

My Vette performed Very well against him. He was amazed. LOL

Those Hemis are fast too.

Understand there is an Offset difference with BOSCH 3's compared to stock BOSCH 1's origanaly used in 1985-1988 TPI Vettes, Correct?

What is exactly the offset difference Number?

Purchasing a MOATES PRAGRAMMER THIS WINTER AFTER THE HOLIDAYS TO DO MY OWN ECM PROGRAMMING. TUNE FOR MORE PERFORMANCE. AND FOR 410 CI ENGINE SWAP LATER IN 2011.

Thanks Jon, BR

i have the 22.9 all tested and ready to go.. problem is they are used on BMW euro models. waiting for cores to get through customs. They have been in Miami for weeks. I also machined new discharge plates for the fords and they work perfect also. Only problem is these will be priced 50 higher than the current 22 but, still a bargin at 219 a set. The Euro Bosch are black and have a clip spot even though its not used and the others will be available in yellow or white. I will add them to the site as soon as we have enough inventory. I do have about 10 sets of each now so if you are interested just pm me

hey I'm getting a 383 L98 built, probably gonna end up running 350-400whp with a miniram.

Can you recommend the best injector for that setup, or do you need more specifics? The engine shop wants me to get the injectors when i bring the motor in.
