Default loss of power + high rpm

well, I noticed some loss of power with high RPM ..

car has boltons and cammed , not tuned.

what's the problem ?

its called, you had no rpm's in the first place and you ran out of cam

What cam, what intake, what is "high rpm." To someone with an L98 with a stock intake that means 4500 rpm. To people with aftermarket intakes it could be up in the 6000 range
