Default LQ9 into a C4

Folks:

There are a few post related to this issue but none specifically address the issue I am trying to resolve. The issue is has anyone had experience with installing an LQ9 into a C4 corvette. I have a 1985 with a tired L98 and I want to do something different. I went from a stroker motor to a engine family upgrade. The upgrade to a Gen III 6.0L opens up a lot of possibilities that are closed for an L98 base. Anyway I have an LQ9 out of a 2005 Sierra Denali with all the electronics and the computer and the FBW setup. In addition, I want to upgrade to 4L65E or a 4L80E transmission. I am looking at issues with adapting the C-Frame to the new transmission as well as engine placement and mounting. I am aware of several adapter and mounting plates that are available but have not been able to find any info on this exact conversion. I am aware that this is a rather ambitious undertaking but its where I am going. Any info on this swapp would be appreciated.

Thanks:
From South Mississippi
