How much HP gain ?

What are good heads options I can go with my mods ?

I'm noob with heads , I don't understand how I can choose the right heads to anycar. I've read a lot but

Figure out your running problem before you throw any other parts at it.

AFR heads are good performers.
Some like stock heads worked over.

Prefer new stuff to worked over remachined stuff never had that stuff last very long.

Stock LT4 heads that are properly ported will perform nearly as well as the aftermarket heads and are generally a little cheaper. Reliability isn't an issue IF they are done right. If you get a set of heads from "bubbas cylinder head shop" you generally will get what you pay for.

Heads will improve performance of your car on the top end by quite a bit, probably push you close to the 400 rwhp mark. They will not, however, do anything to fix an underlying problem unless the current problem is specifically related to the cylinder heads currently, which isn't very likely.

When you say "rough" what exactly does that mean? The cam is going to make it have a lope at idle, this is normal. I assume this is a new problem, worse than just the normal cam lope.

Have you had the car tuned since the cam swap?

Don't forget you need an LT4 intake to go with LT4 heads. The LT1 intake will NOT work with LT4 heads. Just wanted to add to it, but everything you said is well said.

Maybe I need to record a video of the car idling
