Ok 84 vette.
Question 1. When I bought the car horrible job of air horns was installed. Under driver dash is a mess. I have a 3 prong female relay wire with no relay in it. All wires spliced. Wonder if anyone knows. I'm thinking alarm cause horn relay is behind cluster above radio. I'm adding a image.
Question 2
Installed new door panels. Found a wire that's cut through connector connects to a black wire (ground) maybe factory alarm. Pics of both questions posted.

Oh I should mention the green wire connected to the black was on the drivers door. Just cut. Nothing around possible for it to go to

I am not sure if the 84 has it, but the green wire might be to the hatch relese button on the door.
