Yes both of those will work. What I cannot tell you is if the rear end fluid has the posi additive in it or if you need to add some yourself.

AMSOIL Synthetic Synchromesh Transmission Fluid (MTF)

The AMSOIL rear gear oil does not need any additional additive for a C4 differential.

For me is very easy to get it in Spain, actually I purchased 4 liters can, but I'm afraid to put it in my ZF6 since a lot of people complain that oil and highly reccomend AMSOIL Syncromest 5W30 instead.
