Default Air temperature sensor for a miniram

I'm about to start my conversion from a SuperRam which I have run for years to a Miniram to hopefully run quicker. I just gave the setup a cursory once over. Where does the temperature sensor go? On the superam it is under the plenum. On the Mini, is it in the intake ducting or did I not see a port?

Hey Willie, I have mine in the air filter housing. That or the duct, which ever works better for you. Should be interesting to see how your car runs with a Miniram

Thanks Jim. As long as I don't lose et, I'll be happy.

Mine is in the filter housing and I am also curious what will happen to your et. You will need to tune the chip to the miniram though. I had to give mine more spark advance off the line.

Thanks Jack. Jim already hinted that I would need to lead it out midrange and richen the top end somewhat. I'm running an Accel DfI so I don't have to burn chips, just fire up the laptop.
