What gear are you in (transmission) and what is your trap speed, 6500 RPM is way too high for a TPI.

13.3 at 102 mph I was expecting to drop to a 13.1 with gears that's why I'm thinking I got the wrong set. Looking to port intake in future

102mph should be 4600 rpm with 3.45 gears and around 5000 rpm with 3.73 gears. Something is wrong with the 6500 rpm that you list, your tach is off. That is a common problem with 1991cars.

Either that or his converter is slipping 20% through the lights.

The 3.07 and T700 are a great match as the auto trans first gear is great for launches.
With a manual well 3.45 may be required to get the launch just right.

Only thing I dont like is the big drop off to 2nd gear. Other than that I like the first gear being so low.
