I believe the Vortech kit I bought was 50 state legal

need to get it used though.

Pretty sure the ProCharger kit is too.

Good source to talk to to get PNs or EO#?

Can the stock computer be used to tune?
This one has to pass the visual only concern

I'm running the stock computer.

Mine's a MAF car so it's easier

What year are we talking about?

This is for my car, a 1995 LT1 - cuisinartvette is helping me find what I need. We were talking about a 383 Stroker with a Supercharger that will pass CA smog, but I'm no expert on this stuff hence cuisinartvette's help.

Mine is a '95 so the stock computer will definitlely work, and I'm running a much more radical cam than you would be.

contact the manufacturers direct for the EO#

superhargers can actually REDUCE emmisions, so it's the way to go.

I'm not running the FMU, I had it custom tuned instead, better way to run it, but you may have to run it for CARB

Hopefully BlowerWorks will chime in. He may have something

The Vortech and the ProCharger kit both have EO's. The Vortech kit is no longer available although I can supply. The ProCharger kit has some shortcomings that I fix if you buy from me but in either case you'll spend $8K plus ! greg

just toss a vortech with a s trim head unit on there. The tag on the s trim has a # on there. I sold Brian my old kit.
