I fixed that same problem using E6000 glue. Gorilla glue would work also.

You can "plastic weld" the underside to make it solid again...if you can get enough of the edge to bond with. I use fine wire mesh, heat it red hot, heat the plastic until its wet/soft then press the mesh into the molten plastic to make it part of the matrix like cloth is to fiber-glass.
my door panels were repaired this way several yrs ago and still hold together.

Fine wire mesh, 1/8" squares, or fine expanded, a pencil torch and some tools to handle the hot parts.

The PS side of the white leather on my console door was pulled away like yours and I used RTV to reattach it.

I placed a weight plate inside, laid a 2x4 along the ourside with a weight, to press the cover against the lid, and let it cure overnight.

Mine was so bad on my 93 I found a OEM replacement lid on flea bay for 100$ and it was well worth it. Used old hinge and clasp. I'm not home now so can't give you name of guy I got it from. I'm sitting at VA hospital in Richmond waiting for check up appt.I always deemed so blessed after seeing our vets. God bless them all.
