Default Trip Monitor Not Working

my corvette 1994 c4 has The Change Oil light is on ,when try to reset it ,all the buttons of Trip Monitor are not working .i have checked the fuse box all of the fuse are fine, Where would the problem be with the Trip monitor? .

Not to be redundant re: previously posts but have read several posts on different sites re: my 94 Vette and was wondering is the fuse that controls the trip monitor panel the reverse lamp/back up lights fuse or is there a dedicated/different fuse? Also, other than the fuse and/or a defective trip monitor is there any other possibility as to why the monitor is not working? Per posts the fuse is located inside the passenger cabin. Could it be in one of the fuse panels located under the hood? Thanks Bob
