Could be a lot of things! How many miles and which tranny?
Our 90's don't have a MAF Sensor.
Check the Air Idle Control Valve, vacuum leaks, fuel pressure. When's the last time she had a tune up? (plugs, wires, cap, rotor, fuel filter)

Estate car, convertible, 52K automatic no. 2 beauty. Probably less than 100 miles per year for last three years.
Inherited by family member, no history, drove flawlessly last year before intermittent failure to idle. May start/drive well then stall at idle, keep the rpms up and runs until next stop light.

Suggest ohm testing the injectors when cold & hot. Stock 90 injectors fail due to corn gas. IIRC ohms should be 14-16 however a forum search will provide the exact resistance. Many here use Bosch 111 injectors from Jon @ FIC

If you haven't, check fuel for water. Remove inlet from fuel rail or at the filter. Attach hose to line. Place line in a coffee can. Turn key but don't start it and it'll squirt maybe a quart. Transfer fuel to a Mason Jar and see if water settles out of it.
