Default ect (engine coolant temp sensor) question

ect (engine coolant temp sensor) question, the one i am refering to is the one in the front of the intake that the ecm uses.

what is the voltage i should be seeing on the yellow #410 wire that goes to pin c10 on the ecm(coolant temp. signal wire) want voltage from 86-89 model preferably.

also while someone is looking is there any chance could also tell me voltage on tan #472 MAT that goes to pin c12 on the ecm(manifold air temp)(mat sensor signal wire)

im thinking both are supposed to be 5v but wanting verification
thanks in advance
