Stock 91 locks at 42 and unlocks at 40 mph. If at WOT it will not lock until it reaches 90 mph. It can be modified to whatever speeds you want. Why, may I ask?

You want lockup sooner or later ?
You can just wire in a switch to delay the computer operation of lockup
or even ( not recommended ) wire it to give full manual operation of the lockup as you choose
