Short Throw Shifter for 1994

If the reason you don't consider a 96 short-shifter a replacement for a 94 unit, you (or the advertiser) is taking consideration for the crash-through feature. The last couple of years used this reverse lock-out mechanism versus the [prior] lift-ring option.
For the record, Hurst shifters don't provide protection for reverse lock-out either. You just have to be careful not to shift into reverse at the wrong time -- which isn't a huge deal.
ZFDoc is the only one who's ever redesigned the stock lift-ring units to be short-throw. And, as mentioned, he can redo yours. Often, he already has rebuilt units in stock -- providing the option to ship, receive, install, and credit your "core" when returned.

ZD Docs modded one or the Hurst
The B and M are horribly notchy stiff and too short a throw easy to miss a shift
Have a B and M on my T56 suspect its giving me issues also..notchy.
Bill ZF makes another neat shifter has the chrome ball/T handle like the C2s...pricey but super cool.

I like my hurst, probably one of the best mods i've done. However, install I remember being a PITA.

I have B&M on The Ghost. The Ghosts shifts better than my Z06 with the MGW.
