I had similar problems on a '94. Mine turned out to be the vacuum lines. The clutch pedal when depressed would contact the hose inside the car and eventually wore through it. I replaced that hose and was fine for about 2 years.

Then it would work in the morning and would drop out the cruise as the car warmed up. It turned out to be another vacuum hose near the intake manifold. It was holding when cold, but when it warmed up to would flex or expand or something and would leak.

Good luck troubleshooting and the link posted shows a lot of good things to check. Mine turned out to be aging/worn hoses twice.
