More info please
what type and weight of oil are you using? What kind of oil pump?
20w50 in a Melling Hi-Volume oil pump could produce the numbers you are seeing.
I'm getting 60/75 with the Melling and 10w30 Castrol in my 396 L98.

If it was over 80 all the time then that would scare me, oil pressure is a good thing, but that is kinda high.

I run that high with cold oil at idle using Castrol 20w50 HighMileage oil. At normal engine temp, I idle at around 40-50lbs then I run at 60-70lbs on the freeway at 1800 rpm at 75-80mph. I run a 2.59 rearend w/ a 700R4 auto tranny.

The LT1 (stock) oil pump is listed by GM as "high pressure" (60-70psi). And it was designed to produce that pressure pumping 5w-30 oil.
So it's not surprising that you're seeing these higher pressures running a 20w-50. Especially when cold.
