I wouldn't hold out for high quality LED tail lamp assemblies for that price including shipping. Maybe something on fleabay but I would question the quality. Both The Radio Flyer and JW Motoring have sets that will be around $255-$265.

I have a set of lamps from Radioflyer and they are very high quality assemblies. I went with the optional "halo mod" and it really looks different but very nice. Also, these sets do not have the so-called "hyperflash" problem. There are resistors installed in the units that keep that from happening.
