Rough idle could be the egr stuck open. But as already stated, pull the error code. Does it run fine when cruising?

hard to say for sure. I usually drive a very mild Hyundai Elantra 03 GT, but I drove it home from the purchase of about 30 miles on the highway. The overdrive it impossible to drive on. Very lumpy and when engaging 'D' it slams into gear. But that is another issue.

may be a MAF error ,vacuum leak,bad/misadjusted idle setting,out of timing ...lots of things...
