Removed busted CDM, found some hacked wiring
The CDM is for sure busted. It has a capacitor rolling around inside the cage.
In the process of removing the CDM I saw some of the wiring had been messed with. I'm assuming there was an aftermarket stereo in this car at some point. Could anyone tell me why these hacks were made? Should I be concerned when I hook up the new CDM?
