PROFESSIONAL OPINION:
You NEED TO have a scanner connected to it so you can read IMPORTANT DATA when it is running. There are very specific sensors that will give data that a qualified person can understand and can direct them to an area that may need repair/adjusting.
LOW IDLE means nothing unless you write the RPM's. What is low????.....AND...is the idle fine for a while when cranked and then all of a sudden drops when the engine gets hotter???
You can have a vacuum leak.
Have you verified the fuel pressure when running...and if it holds when the engine is shut off??? I do not care if the pump is basically new or not...that means nothing.
Coolant temperature sensor for the computer can have a problem.
I also get concerned when parts are replaced for a generic version instead of an original part that is still available part from GM/AC Delco. You did not state if the IAC is a GM part or not...so I do not know. And I have written before...I do this for a living and I can not install a less expensive part and possible run into failure when the owner is far out of town and it fails...and then the tow bill back to town is so expensive that installing a cheaper parts just showed how good of a choice that was.
Also..I do not know how you cleaned you MAF...because if the 'burn-off' function is working...there is no need to clean it ( I NEVER clean MAF) ...because all microscopic contaminates that get on the sensing wire get burned off when the engine is shut off...as designed.

Low idle is like 400-500 rpms the maf cleaning was just the plug fuel pump was OEM IAC motor was duralast vacuum hoses are new can't seem to find a leak, I'll look into a scanner and fuel pressure and of only gets low low as in 400 range when coasting while beginning to stop.

Do a minimum idle adjustment (it fixed my car when I had the same symptom):

There was a specific bulletin for 85 just about minimum idling stall, GM suggested to raise minum idle set up, you can find it on Corvette Action Center tech section 1985 corvette.

Doing all that was mentioned by Cliff Harris and tunedport85inject is GREAT...but I would make sure I have a scanner on it.
