This was the first pass down the track with the new 464 and a different tire/shock/4 link set up. Still sorting out the 60ft. First pass right off the trailer. Need to play with shock, tire pressure, launch rpm, ect.
This was a 10.08@144.69 1.56/60 DA 7300ft. It ran 145.30mph the last pass. Should get into the 9's up here.

I didn't notice a cage and you have a bottle rolling around in your car. LOL Thanks for sharing the vid, it's cool to see someone with a stick shift still.

You seem so serious. I was just bustin your chops. However, when I first started to watch the vid I was concentrating on the bottle when you left, then I had to watch it again to see the launch.
For my information, what kind of roll bar? Is that for NHRA tracks? I thought you would need a cage. Well, I guess you will next time out.

If I just barely crack the 9's here and there I would have to see what the track does. They could stop me and make me put a cage in it. I have seen a couple guys run an occasional high 9, but mostly low 10's and they don't say anything. I really don't want to do all the things to run 9's full time. I might have to spray less nitrous than the 200 shot, and keep it a low 10 car. I am still undecided where I will end up as far as a cage goes.

I think that with nothing more that slightly faster shifting, you could be in the 9's, after watching the vid.
Awesome vid, killer car. Loved it!!

I shift kind of on the conservative side because the synchro's are getting a little beat up after 20 years of racing it. If I hit second too hard, sometimes I get a little grind. The trans has never been apart.
