There are two basic kinds. The good old green stuff, and the Dexcool compatible orange stuff. If your came with the orange stick with the orange. If it came with the green, stick with the green. Pretty much the same otherwise.

I don't know if it's the best antifreeze but I use Prestone (green stuff) and distilled water to get a 50/50 solution. I also use water wetter. It's one of the few things that come in a bottle that actually works.
