Looking for a 4 Way Metri Pack 480 series connector.
I cannot find this 4 Way Metri Pack 480 series connector. It has been discontinued by GM. Does Anyone know where I can purchase this connector?

The "generic" connector on the blower module is the same for Corvettes '90+ and was used on some B bodied Buicks/Oldsmobile maybe '91 - '93. Some years Cadillac in the same early/mid 90's also.
If you've got access to larger salvage yards with older products you could start there. There's Corvette salvage vendors mentioned here on the CF frequently.
"See4Parts" is a SUPPORTING VENDOR in California, you might start there or maybe look for someone parting an appropriate car in the "parts section".
When available as a repair pig tail the GM # was 12101931 or ACD PT203, this is a "generic" 4-pin connector and is shown as a service part for '93+ BUT I believe this GM # 12101886 ACD PT157 is still available. I see conflicting information from GM/Delphi for cavity D location in the connector but I believe I'd go for the GM # 12101886 ACD PT157 for a new. This would be a 3-wire , one plugged out of the package.
The same for the 2-pin connector there's a 2-pin with a cavity plug available that might be a custom fit for it GM # 12101887 ACD PT158.
You would need maybe a "hands on" to confirm the actual configuration of each.
If you actually insisted on an empty shell to assemble yourself then I believe a Delphi 12059410 would work but I can see it being pretty damn aggravating because the "major players" in the connector reselling don't offer it. Was your OE black or gray?
Here's a link to an ACD PT157, see if it matches the pin-out you require:
C & D are either correct or they're reversed in the connector. If they're reversed for your needs then these would be correct for only the '90 - '92 only.

Thank you for the wealth of information I'll let you know how it comes out. I believe the IE connector was Gray, but cannot swear to it. It's been several years since I cut it out and used the spade connectors.

The connectors on Amazon look to have correct pin outs. I have ordered them we'll see. they said they were the last ones but did list other vendors. It's the new part numbers I didn't have. Thanks

Some time in the late '80s GM changed the connectors to match a change in the blower control module. The AC compressor control was moved out of the blower control module. Early cars need to have all 4 cavities populated and the two pin connector needs to have both cavities populated. One thing i've seen is that other cars don't have the compressor control in the blower control module so the pins are not populated.
I was able to buy a replacement for the 4 pin connector but it was gray with a blue wire retainer instead of black.
