Default Need a "custom" coolant hose

I installed an LT1 in my L98 car and now I need the upper and lower coolant hoses. Can I just buy an LT1 upper hose? My 91 lower hose is larger than the LT1 thermostat housing and isn't shaped correctly. Thanks.

I have more questions, but this will get me started.

Years ago when I switched to a SuperRam intake and a Ron Davis radiator with the upper outlet on the passenger side, I used a coathanger to copy the shape of the hose I needed and measured the size of both hose ends. I took this to an Autozone and they left me alone in the hose section and I matched up a hose from a 70s MontCarlo which worked perfectly. I did this with the lower hose also and used one from a C5 Corvette which worked with some trimming. If an auto supplier will let you do this, pull have over a hundred hoses to choose from.

That sounds like it's worth a shot. My local Napa guys are usually pretty friendly.
