Default CCV tube(or hose)
It's part number is 12557604 and it's discontinued from gm. I can't seem to find it anywhere. And I have a 1996 CE LT4

You're not alone. The corresponding part on early C4s is also no longer available. I used a regular length of vacuum hose and it kinked where it's supposed to bend.

Is this the hose that makes a sharp 90* turn toward the rear of the car on the passenger's side of the throttle body?

I just used some generic ccv hose and it worked perfect
