Disable engine start

On a 96 LT1, for diagnostic purposes I want to crank the engine but I don't want it to start. What and where in the engine compartment or fuse panel do I disconnect?

10-4. I shoulda thought of that. It's like I think the LT1 is more complicated than it really is. I got more experience with stuff like this.
