Anyone have a picture (or source for) of the intake port measurements for the 230 head and Holly Stealth Ram? Don't see either on Dart's nor Holly's websites, and Google is full of other stuff.

Dart would not provide this info. Advice given was " you can do that with masking tape, paper, marking pen".

Should be a 1206 intake port, look those dimensions up and you will be close.

The intake ports on the HSR is a 1205 I welded and modified my HSR to a 1206 port.

383... Had the same thing done to mine (welded the top sections using the 1206 gasket as a guide), but I may still have a leak somewhere. Did you weld the bottom, or just the top of the intake ports?

welded about a 1/4 on the top only, Trimmed the bead to clear the valve covers, then Matched it to my converted SBC 1206 heads. No leaks!!!

Same here... and i think I have good seal after carefully grinding down those welds. Not able to find a local machine shop to mill it the right way. Will find a good machine shop when I get another one cut/welded and fully ported.

Noted that Holly install torque is 25 ft/lbs..while Dart says 35..

35 is the right number...
