Default Cant find Rear Drum Strut + Lever Assembly

Hello,

Apparently the only thing that's keeping my parking brake from operating is a missing strut and lever assembly on the back left wheel.

Can't find one from any website or store. Any thoughts? I would assume many cars had this setup and part...

I can put a pick up if necessary, in short, it's the lever that attaches the drums to the braided steel wire running to the hand brake.

Thoughts?

One of my main thoughts is, what happened to the old one??? Do these break easily? Did some one remove it? All the rest of internals appear to be in the brake but I haven't removed rotor to verify further.

#5.

I can adjust the lever screw, #9-11. I can see the pads and their not interfering with my rotor so I assume the springs are intact. Could it have ripped out if someone left with handbrake still locked?

I believe the resellers CC etc. sell it as a package (complete hardware) both sides.
