Default Edelbrock 3860 or 3861??

I have an early 86 coupe. I have been searching for the difference between the two manifolds. The only thing I found out (I think) is the 3860 is for early iron heads only. The 3861 is machined to fit both angled intake bolts to the head. Does this mean I can use either manifolds on my iron head early 86?

thanks for any info......

The site I checked says the 3860 will fit the 85-91 Corvette...The 3860 I have has the 4 inner bolt holes reamed out so you can bolt either straight or at an angle, depending on which heads you have.....WW

I've got the 3860 on my 86 iron head. I don't know the difference between the 3860 and 61 but I know the 3817 are for vortec heads.
