700R4/4L60e dimensions ???
Does anyone have the overall dimensions for a TH400 and/or for a CORVETTE 700R4/4L60e tranny?
My crude measurements (using a square, a level, and a Sharpie marker!) are 28.5" for the TH400 and 30.0" for my '95 Corvette 4L60e.
I thought that the 4L60e was about 3.5" or so longer (I'm pretty sure though, that I read that the Corvette's 4L60e is a bit shorter than the F-Body's, but not 2" as my measurements are indicating...)
I'm putting a '95 LT1/4L60e into a '76 and need to know EXACTLY how much to shorten the driveshaft.
