Default Batwing Bushings

Does any one know who makes Delrin or solid alum bushings for the batwing/rear crossmember? I know there are polys.

id love to know this too.

i put poly in there (along with solid motor mounts), but wish i had did delrin in those.

some people say its necessary to have some 'flexibility' to the system, but i think locking up the driveline rigid would be best

Yah I've read a few old post that say to keep from braking stuff it helps, plus c3's stiffen up that area too. Saw a guy who use to make delrin but he hasn't been active since 2007.

There isn't much to the bushing, If you know the grade of aluminum you need a better vo tech machine shop ( normally no labor costs )could make them copying a sets of polys. A friend I knew had access to a lathe, so we made some control arm bushing for a stock car many years ago. It took 20 minutes to make first one about 10 minutes to make 5 more. Just a thought.
