Default Runs rough after WOT earlier today

Was on a back road and decided to gun it. Took off like a bat out of hell as it should and then when I let off the gas I noticed it had started running rough and makes the car "shake" Feels like the engine is running uneven. I checked the timing and it is fine. All the plugs and wires IAC, Tps, and 02 sensor are new. Any ideas what would cause this? I'm thinking maybe a valve is jacked?

Pull the plugs for a quick check.

Default Hole in Exhaust Pipe

Right below where the exhaust pipe connects to the manifold on the passenger side there is now a pea size hole. Could this cause the rough idle / uneven running? I looked through the fsm and it didn't say anything about exhaust pipe / idle issues.

Maybe the catalytic converter suddenly clogged?

Aside from the exhaust thing, when that happened to me it was my fuel pump starting to fail. A few minutes later the pump failed completely.

Might have floated the valves & kissed a piston. Check your compression.

Pull the valve covers and look for broken springs. Pull plugs and rotate manually if you have to so you can see any issues. Check for compression to see if you broke a head gasket.

Have you checked devices for proper operation? Does your TPS sweep properly? Is this exhaust leak near the O2 sensor. Are you pulling any codes?

Check you plug wires and make sure one hasn't burned through and is shorting out on the exhaust or anything else. I had this happen before. I couldn't find the problem, then at night I popped the hood and fired up the car, and my friend could see it shorting out on the exhaust manifold.
