Ahhhh..... NX or NOS
Thinking about pulling the trigger. TNT isn't even a contender.
Base NX kit ~ $600
Base NOS kit ~ $550
I would at least add...
Purge
Bottle Heater
Blowdown
Gauge
The GEN-X2 package can probably be had for around 350 on ebay.
I kind of like the NX as it is "more hideable" than the big ole' NOS plates. Also the spraybars still give me the ******* about cutting air flow off in the TB somewhat. I know if anything it must be minimal, but still. Is the NOS plate large enough for a 58mm TB if I go bigger cubes later on and need one?

Wet or Dry? My dry kit sprayes right in the rubber ducting. No need for the TB plate. My kit is NOS # 5174. I, too, added purge, and heater. I used a #4 soft line for blow down, and the kit came with a gauge.

NX or TNT is my vote. TNT is known to be inaccurate in hp rating. But you are doing a stroker motor with forged pistons. Example if 100hp of TNT and you are getting 120hp then your motor could handle just fine. Beside, you are probably will end up tuning in on the dyno anyway. I like spray bar design of TNT. If I haven't bought my NX kit before, I would go with TNT, Both kits are way to go.

We have had the best luck with the Nitrous Works system but NOS are really good too, but since we only use them on carb engines I cant tell you want to get, but I want to tell you that you sute look into getting a Progressive Controler too, you can get them on ebay for about $150 to $175 they are the old NOS ones but they will do the job.
I would not get a bottle heater but use the money on a good fuel pump because the bottle heater will just drain your bettery.

Hi Scorp,
Take a look at http://www.noswizard.com - because I've heard nothing but good things about the guy who runs that company, and his kit has been bought by some US drag racers in preference to the domestic products.
No personal experience (although it's certainly a consideration for the future!), but maybe worth a look at this stage?
These systems use 'pulseoids' to inject a wet mix- these are essentially custom injectors designed for very high cycling rates and precision, allowing ultimate control.
They do a sweet little progressive controller too.
Hope this may be of interest.
Cheers, Steve

Only turn on your heater when the car is running then your "bettery" will be fine. You need a heater for bottle pressure, the fuel pump has nothing to do with the bottle pressure.

red-y I know the fuel pump does not have anything to do with the bottle pressur but it has something to do with the engine having the fuel that it has to have to run save.
You are right you can just have the car running when you have the bottle heater on but you would have to have it on all most all the time in the pits and that would make your engine run hot.

The bottle heater works if you drive to the track and run it on the trip there. It takes quite some time for my heater to get the bottle up to temps (20-30 minutes) and it will drain the battery pretty quickly. If you use the nitrous for drag racing only and trailer your car, get a small propane heater to heat the bottle up. That is what the pros do. The Texas heat tends to keep mine warm enough at least 8 months out of the year.

Re: (scorp508)
Scorp - What do you have against TNT?
Haven't we gone over this about 5 other times? :)

Re: (red-y)
I myself vote for TNT. If the jetting is under rated, that means you get more bang for the buck. If you're worried that the 150 jetting will give you 175 and may be too much, just jet lower. But, the one thing about the TNT and super ram deal, you'll have to custom fabricate your nitrous plate and re -angle the nozzles for hood clearance. Oh, by the way, the nitrous plate that comes with the TNT is actually a 52 mm bore. Kinda defeats the purpose of my 58 mm tb, so a custom plate was in the works with mine anyways.
