I've put in a K & N filter and a 85 fuel pump. Runs a lot better now. I need to adjust the FPR but over all I'm happy with the process of a couple mods. The parts were $170.00 CAD in total and I need have someone come over and check all my electrical and that cost me $80.00.

I'd love the Renegade but the Canadian dollar. Only one machine shop will port in this area and I'm looking at roughly $200 for that.

I'd like to put in bigger injectors. Does anyone know a trusted place where I could get a set?

Thanks.

Dont do it unless you also planning on re programming the car.

For now just play with the fuel pressure slightly if you need more fuel.

Ok Thanks. I don't plan on re-programming it.

I've read a bit on adjusting the FPR. There is a cap that was put on and once you get that off you can adjust it.

I've googled video or pictures and cant find anything on how to do it. I'm more of a visual learner. It seems pretty straight forward.

My car already had the little access open, however it's on the driver side throttle body, the little cup looking thing that hangs off to the side and under, I remove the top in order to adjust my FP, you can also get gasket and rebuild kits for the throttle body off of ebay.

This will help you understand a lot, also has balancing and rebuild info.

Take a look at the link I posted on page 2. It will tell you what to do under $2K.

The hard part nowadays would be getting the nitrous system. I'm gonna try some of the same things myself.

Well i got my car out for what should have been a quick little drive around pineview and back yesterday, but that turned into a mountain drive up past pineview, past Huntsville, then up the mountain where it the temperature dropped quite a bit, then ended up dropping us out in Wyoming.

Car did great, and it looks like my cooling system is finally stable.

Anyways i'm in, let me know the details when your ready.

Huh...Haven't received anything. What is the requirement for PM access on here for you? Thanks

You can also just sign up on our forum and you should be able to send me PM from there.

Tom, copied this from the help section, I have sent you a PM on another forum.

The PM system is only available to "established" CorvetteForum members. We can't disclose what exactly is "established" but anyone using CorvetteForum for its intended purpose will easily be able to meet the requirements.

In short, the PM system will automatically be enabled for accounts once they've become "established".

You will find this asked a few times in this Help section with the same response. We don't manually allow some members, and not others, around this restriction.

Good call. I did my own too. I went to 2.09"/53mm and cut through the bore wall on both. Filled it w/epoxy and then ground smooth, finished w/a hone. Came out great.

Bought mine from Holley.

I'd heard that you could go to the 53mm size; that was the largest you could go w/o breaching the bore. That turned out to be inaccurate w/my TB's. I'm guessing they differ, unit to unit due to variations? IDK. But looking back, I'd only recommend going to 2.00" if you for sure don't want to breach a wall. Only go bigger if you're comfortable having some kind of repair solution for the bore if you go through.

HERE are some 2.0" throttle plates, and THESE are 2.25" (57mm)....IDK if they still make the 2.09" (53mm) ones or not.
