Default Engine stumbling

Fellas got some new issues with my 1984 Vet. When I start the car up it idles very smooth ,when I hit the road it run smooth with no problems, when the speed get between 40 and 50 it go into a mild bucking or hesitation mode. After 50 it run smooth again. Wondering if it is starving for fuel or getting too much.Mind you this is just my theory. Pulled the plugs last nite they all looked good.and I tighten them down so they were good and snug. Already changed the fuel filter. So anyone has some input for me please speak up.
