Honestly what I would like is someone who actually knows what their doing look it over not someone who says a Chevy is a Chevy they are all the same

Just get the car back to right and get back to living
So if ANYONE knows of a real tech in southern California let me know
To be honest, I have seen scammers in big cities, small towns and anything in between. While the song might be different, the dance is the same. They each have their own way to screw you over and over if they can. THAT is different than incompetence. I have a Ford shop that when I go there for work, "BRIAN WILL NOT TOUCH THIS TRUCK" is the order written down for when I am not watching. Why? He has a bad attitude and is only able to tell if a sensor is out of spec. He has no diagnostic skills and has a bad attitude.

For that sort of issue, either I take a chance or I borrow a truck and tow it. I towed my Vette to MN (Hitech Motorsport) or IN (Lingenfelter) before so it is not an issue for me and since you are a trucker, towing should be easy for you and you might have friends that will for a few bucks.

Of course you would and I would find a Corvette speciality shop. Peek around the shop and see what their projects are. IF they are also doing race cars, even better. That means there is a better chance they can think outside the box and UNDERSTAND what is going on instead of blindly reading the book and regurgitating what the GM Engineers said. Seriously, your Vette, unless you did something drastic would use say an L98 which is pretty common and a 700R4 which is also common so in that sense, a Chevy is a Chevy is a Chevy. The caveat is "BUT ONLY IF YOU UNDERSTAND WHAT A CHEVY IS".

You should fill up your profile so someone can see exactly where in Southern CA you are. I could say SE Wisconsin and I have a northern store and a southern store, both an hour away in opposite directions.

Well your right I do have to 🚚 it around but that does come with pro's and con's PRO I do transport car's so I do all ready have an in closed trailer to use CON it's a company truck so I can't just go pick up the vette when it's done their is a whole lot of logistics involved to get her a free ride home
BUT if I stay in southern California I'm cool I live in Bakersfield so I got the 99 and the 5 right here and 58 so I can get around southern California real easy ultimately what I'd like to do is go to a Chevy dealership but that just isn't panning out
What it looks like we are gonna have to do is borrow my wife's sister's r.v and tow the vette behind hey at least I'm trying to make the best out of a 💩 situation

I'm not sure how much someone would have to pay me to move there but it would have to be BOATLOADS of cash. My C4 won't work there and I'm into guns and won't get along with the greenie weenies.

you don't have to worry about greenie weenies I haven't seen one in about 20 years and if you love guns why aren't you here all ready that's all that happens here everyday it's this person shot this place up and now it's way out if your any color than white just shoot them. And whatever you do don't call any law enforcement cause you will be shot just cause it's easier to shoot you than do paperwork besides who carries a pen anymore so why aren't you here and I'm done and out make America great

As to Greenie Weenies, I don't see gravity either but I'll be damned if I can't see the effects.

Not all sure what you are trying to say there since the punctuation is kinda sparse but I do like my guns and CA has a way of trying to make a de facto ban on guns. You have how many people killed by drunk driving? Wanna ban cars?

Again, punctuation would help but I'm not white, if that is what you are trying to say and I just got stopped yesterday and a few months ago and haven't got shot yet. And yes, I was also carrying a gun but I did let the officer know it as soon as he came near and waited for his instructions to get the license I immediately placed on the dash before he came up, etc, etc.

Maybe, maybe not especially if it leads to something bad happening.

Not sure about the 1/3 but IIRC "Medical Error" is the 3rd leading cause of death. That kinda includes everything from everyone involved from the CNA all the way to the specialist not to say the pharmacist, RNs, documentation errors, etc, etc.

The surgery was a success. But he bled out and Died over night because of a missed cut artery. The News article I quoted from Stated Physician error.
