Default 1995 LT1 6speed. Ran out of fuel, stutter and hesitation while driving.

Hey everybody, figured I'd ask this question that I'm sure has been asked before. So I apologize in advance. My 95 LT1 has developed a hesitation and stutter at all speeds and every variation of throttle. Stupidly I ran out of fuel, and it's been happening ever since. I figured it was fuel related so I ran two treatments of techron fuel system cleaner, no luck. Decide to change the fuel filter, still no luck. Now finally I decide to replace the fuel pump since I figured I damaged it when it was out of fuel. Still having the issue.. I'm fairly new to the Corvette, only had it for about a year now and this is the only real issue that I'm having. Has anybody experienced this before? Does anybody have any clue what could be going wrong?

I say this every time there's a drivability issue: put it on a scanner. The time and money you save is usually more than buying installing parts and shot in the dark forum suggestions (no offense)

I speak from experience here. You would think codes would be spewing forth but not in many cases regarding ignition / fuel delivery. The LT1 is a great running platform but has many moving parts-

You did it right so far based on the scenario. A scantool will tell you the stury. Good luck and please tell us the solution. You have no idea how many share your pain and can relate.

What makes you think O2 sensors? I have a scanner. No codes present, I have the GM manuals for the car. In need to see what the desired ranges are for everything that GM requires. Then ill get the scanner on it and check it out.

Check your fuel pressure. You could have burned up your pump. Fuel in the gas tank helps keep them cool.

Have you looked at the Fuel Pressure Regulator (FPR)? Do a search on here as there is a good thread on how to check it.

You can also check the fuel injectors. Again do a search as there is a good thread for checking those as well.

That's what it was on my 94. It would bog and fart with no codes. They get old and slow. Are they original? They are normal maintenance and 20 years old. On the 94 and 95 are the same set up the third one in the rear is more of a place holder I did not replace mine. It was a like a new car.

i have not check the fuel pressure regulator or, seems like a good idea if its clogged. Good info so far, I appreciate all the help. I'm going to be looking into all of this. Also going to be checking the threads and seeing what people have done to correct the problem. I'll keep everybody posted
