Default LT1 Hard starting in mornings and noticable vibration on low end

well lets begin with its a 1994 LT1 that's been setting around for 9 long years doing nothing. i obtained this thing and since changed the fuel filter, plugs, wires, opti-spark and rotor, cleaned throttle valve and IAC, installed new thermostat and air filter. I've clocked about 200-300 miles and run two bottles of injector cleaner through it. was having fan problems so i drained and flushed the cooling system. I've checked TPS voltage @ .564 idle 4.58 WOT, cleaned MAF and checked IAT sensor. I'm having problem when running down the road take foot off accer. then just give it enough gas to maintain speed or accelerate around 1600 rpm i get a vibration like a bad tire or drive line out of balance, but if i put the hammer down she just gets with it and no vibration.... I'm thinking fuel injectors having problem any other ideas i'm not seeing would by more than welcome.

Call Jon at FIC for the injector. Keep your old opti and pull the knocks to get the crap you left in new front o2s.

Welcome to the forum.

If it is only during cool damp mornings and better when hot. I'd look at the ignition.

Dark night and a spray bottle with water may result in a light show.

Have you removed the TB and cleaned the IAC? I'd take the housing off and clean everything especially the passages.
